It can be seen from the graph that the average cost of half of the counties increased, and the other half decreased. It is clear that China had the biggest change and Brazil had the smallest one.
Looking at the information in more detail, we can see that China experienced a spectacular rise in the average prices per kilogram of clothing imported, reaching a common level of over 15 pounds in 2003. Whereas, Brazil remained stable, almost nothing changed through 10 years. On the other hand, Japan went into a slight fall, nose-diving to approximately 12 pounds.
Out of six countries, the average prices per kilogram of clothing imported was noticeably higher in Argentina, at 28 pounds in 1993 and 26. 5 pounds in 2003, and Brazil, at over 22. 5 pounds in both years. While India and Bangladesh had the lowest prices for imported clothes, which were almost 7. 5 pounds in 1993 and nearly 3 pounds in 1993 respectively.
