There are nine main stages in the process, to start with collecting and transporting cherry to the processing plant and end with labeling jam in the factory First, a sheet is spread on the ground and the tree is shaken so that cherries fall down the ground. All of the cherries which are collected are sent by the trucks to the processing plant. After that, the leaves and the stems of cherries are removed, then the cherries are sprayed with water to wash when they are moving on a ramp. Next, put the cherries on a conveyor to take out the seed. Then, all of the cherries are being cooked in the big pot and add some extra ingredients too. After the quality is checked by the experts, the jam is filled into the jars. Finally, all of the goods are labled.
