The abr charts below show changes in the monthly sales of new vehicles in the US over one year when compared with the previous year. The vehicles are in three categories - large SUVs (sports utility vehicles), large pick-ups (a kind of truck) and all other vehicles.

Variations in sales of new vehicles which are categorized in three groups, such as large SUVs (sports utility vehicles), large pick-ups (a kind of truck) and all other types of vehicles, per month in US through one year in comparison to the previous year are represented in the charts. Overall, while sales of large SUVs and large pick-ups mainly increased, all other vehicles went down. The highest sales were in large SUVs and reached its peak increasing more by 30% in September. However, in the beginning of the year they decreased nearly by 20%, after in a great number of months sales of them rose, whilst only going down again negligibly in July and August. As large SUVs, large pick-ups also decreased by the same amount, nevertheless, in other months they just increased reaching the peak in July. The changes in sales of all other vehicles were mostly decreases. It only went up in January, May, September and November, while it stood only by 5% increase at all. Although the sales went down slightly, decreasing as the same percent as an increase.
