Teenagers are the youth of the society. They have plenty of time, energy to develop communities around them.
To begin with, a teenage boy is a school student where he learns new things and gets many opporunities
to try. Students with higher IQ tend to do research in a specific field and innovate new things. Teenagers who are average
in their academics are more likely to play in the playground or do some hobbies like guitar, reading, singing etc.
Teenagers who are less into sports or hobbies but want to develop themselves in personalities and soft skills
should look for a community and learn with them. Meanwhile the teenagers who are professional in sports should
practice their respective sport regularly.
On the other hand, Teenagers who are working in a community should be paid depending on their skills.
For example, if a boy is very good at singing and he is teaching singing to other community members then
he should be paid for his talent and skill. Also teenagers who want to gain professional experience by giving
professional service to others must be paid.
Looking at both the ends I feel teenagers should be paid if they are serving the community in their free time.
