Definitely, there are side effects from using it, like wasting our time if we are not using it inappropriate ways. For me, I spent daily at least two to three hours on it consequently, it's affected my eyes in an adverse impact. Nowadays, I can't see well all the time without my glasses, and eye lenses. I ought to do surgery to repair this damage. Fortunately, nowadays there are innumerable experts Doctors who I could trust. Overall, we should use everything in our lives in a helpful way, and make sure not to cause any harm to our health.
