A few count of individuals consider that doing a job in office is good but others contradict this opinion and prefer to work from home. To my perspective, work in office is a good option rather than home working. I shall enunciate both views along with my own notion in the impending paragraphs. The primary point for former view is that working from home bestow the facility to manage the job and other activities simultaneously. If people want to work but they are not able to work due to some responsibilities of home, then working from home is a good option for them especially for women. For instance, 40% women are enrolled for different jobs and which they are doing from home. In addition, with this facility, people can also raise their funds by doing their job in office and by taking other job as a part time job, which they can continue from home. On the contrary, people who prefer to do job in offices rather than home because it enhances the skills of workers. In offices, sonetimes workers collaborate as a team then it teaches them how to co-ordinate with each other and they also share ideas with each other while working in a group, so it makes them more creative. Besides it, employees productivity also increase because of the competition between co-workers. For embodiment, workers do more hard work to attain higher position and more incentives, then these efforts proves beneficial for both organisation and worker. Moreover, people gain more experience when they work outside because they communicate with others and confronts situations of outer world. To conclude, since people have more duties, such as women have to work in house so working from home is better for them, otherwise workin in office is best option because people attain more experience.
