Producing chocolate from cacao tree 73Oj6
The illustration gives information about the process of making a liquid chocolate.
In general, the method, which is used to produce chocolate, is composed of different stages, divided between growing the cacao in nature, some operation in the wild, and transportation to the factory for further processing.
First of all, the cacao trees, which contain the pods, are planted in areas such as: South America, Africa and Indonesia, then these pods are harvested to obtain white beans of cacao. After that, the beans are fermented and spread in the sun to dry, and large sacks are used to put them for packaging.
The bags are transported to the factory by a train or lorry. In the factory, the beans are roasted at around 350 degrees C, and using a certain machine, the outer shell is removed by crushing these beans. Another equipment is used to press the inner pat, which was produced from the shell, to make the liquid chocolate.
