At a first glance, it is clear that production process starts from the mixing of numerous materials such as sand, soda, ash, limestone and other chemicals. Next stage is melting, in this stage the mixture of raw materials is heated at approximately 1500 degree Celsius in glass furnace. After completing this step, shape is provided to the Molted glass by blowing. In the last phase, glass containers are made. Moving forward with the recycling process, the first and foremost step is collection of old glass. Next, these glass are sorted according to the colour. The next phase is washing, in this step, glasses are washed in order to remove the impurities. After that, glasses are crushed and melted. Then, the melted material is moulded into new product.
