Process Diagram, The process that is used to manufacture bricks for the building history. JVe9j
The above process diagram depicts how the bricks are made, which is mostly used during the construction. Brick manufacturing process should be start within the area where the clay can be found. The machine nammed digger which is look similar like jcb machine, is used for digging the clay from the land, which can be of any type like wet clay or dry clay. The digged clay is going further for process of cleaning, in which the clay is poured out on a roller by the metal grid. The roller differetiate the sand from the clay. After the differentiation process of clay and sand, it creates the mixture of a sand and water. this mixture is poured within the mould which is rectangle in shape. Thereafter, it is cutted down by the wire cutter which forms the sand in the bricks form. The brick then after goes for the drying oven for around 1 to 2 days to get dried. After drying completion, the brick pass out from other three phases where the temparature goes around 200 degree celcius to 980 degree celcius, in other word this kind of temprature known as moderate tempratue. Similar like this with diffrent temperature of around 870 degree celcius to 1300 degree celcius of high temperatue from which the brick is passed. Furthermore in process, it takes around 3 days in a cooling chember for brick to get the cool down fom a very high temprature. Aftre completly getting cooled, brick goes for a packaging process, which is the necessary thing for the delivery of it.
