Plan A below shows the ground floor of a particular art gallery in 2005

Plan A below shows the ground floor of a particular art gallery in 2005 BLEW6
The two pictures illustrate differences between the gallery in 2005 and present day. Overall, there are some modifications in the gallery, including the entrance, hall, desk and cafe shop. Another visible point is that the 3 exhibition rooms remained unchanged in the period. Firstly, between 2005 and present day, the size of steps in the entrance was reduced to add ramps for wheelchairs. The locations of reception desk and entrance hall were exchanged with each other and especially the former was converted to rounded- shape. Besides, similar to the entrance, to the northern side of the map was a smaller area of stairs to the upper floor, adjacent to a new lift. Secondly, the demolition of the cafe and the shop to the northwest lead to the erection of a gallery shop and vending machines, which was in front of new temporary exhibitions. In addition to this, in a period, the exhibition 4 was turned into a children’s playground (interactive) while the 3 remaining exhibition rooms remained intact.
