The given table and pie -charts illustrate about the numbers of visitors went to Ashdown museum during the year after and before refurbishment and rezults of surveys of visitors satisfaction respectively. To commence with, it is evident from the table that there were 74, 000 visitors who visited museum before renovation whereas after refurbishment there was increase in the number of guests upto 18, 000. It is crystal clear from the pie -charts that there were 15 % visitors who were very satisfied and 30 % were satisfied before refurbishment but after renovation number of guests were increased by 20 % and 10 % respectively. However 40 % of dissatisfied visitors dipped after refurbishment by 15 %. Likewise, very dissatisfied guests plunged by half after renovation. In an overall analysis, data was similar for the guests who didnot response before and after refurbishment.
