The given pie charts illustrate the comparison of different types of energy produced by France in the years 1995 and 2005. Overall, at the beginning of the period coal contributed as a more production of France, while other energies were accounted for lower production. At the end of the period, coal was the majority production of France whereas other energies were the minority production. Coal accounted for 29. 80% production of France in 1995 and it increased to 39. 31% in the year 2005. Gas, which contributed 29. 63% production of France in 1995 which made up 30. 31% in 2005. In 1995, production of petrol and nuclear energy accounted for 29. 27% and 6. 40% respectively; likewise, production of petrol decreased to 6. 40% on the contrary nuclear energy production was increased to 10. 10%. However, the production of other energies accounted for 4. 90% respectively in 1995 but it increased to 9. 10% respectively in the year 2005. As it observed from charts that the production of energy increased in 2005 but the production of petrol was decreased in 2005.
