The given line graph depicts the number of queries made by the public to Tourist Information Office, by means of communication namely telephone, letter & email, and in-person for a period of six months starting from January in 2001. To begin with, it can be perceived that email &letter were the least accessed mode of communication made by the people over time. Which accounted for 600 enquiries in January and remained almost the same till march and dropped into 200 queries in June. By contrast, the queries made by in-person rose dramatically over the period of time from 400 in the initial month to 1200 in June. In addition, the telephonic enquiries were 800 in number in January. However, it maintained a stable trend till April and later escalated to 1100 queries. Overall, in-person inquiry was the most popularly approached medium of communication by the tourists.
