The process diagram represents the steps of instant noodles production in a manufacturing plant.
Overall, the raw material is used as flour at the beginning of the process and the final packed and labeled noodle cups are the finishing stage of the process.
At the beginning, the flour, being the main ingredient, has been unloaded and stored into two silos, and the next step is to mix the flour at the mixer. In order to mix, the flour is sent to the mixer where both water and oil are added as additional ingredients. After which, the mixed pulp has been directed through rollers that converted the pulp into dough sheets which then be passed through a machinery at which the sheets have been converted to strips. At last, these strips have become circular shaped noodle discs.
At the sixth step, those discs are being fried through deep cooking oil in a cooker and are dried prior adding other mixtures of spicy powder and cooked vegetable pieces. Now, noodles are ready with salt and sour taste having been added all necessary requirements. Therefore, ready-made food is then filled into attractive plastic containers and sent for labeling and sealing purposes at the eighth and the final stage of the process, where product labels are pasted and top covers are sealed to protect the noodles without any contamination of the air. Now, food is ready to serve to customers for consumption.
