The bar chart gives information about the annual visitors’ number who visited National Gallery, Victoria and Albert Museum, and British Museum from 2007 to 2012. Overall, National Gallery Museum was the most popular museum to the visitors; it experienced upward trend throughout the period. However, British Museum showed upward trend, while Victoria and Albert Museum had a downward trend. Both Museums’ visitors number had some fluctuation. National Gallery visitors’ number was more than 5 million in 2007. It increased slightly to about 8 million in 2008 and continued to surge steadily, Reaching around more than 10 million in 2010. The number of visitors had a significant increase, reaching more than 15 million and hitting the highest point in 2012. British Museum was the second most popular museum to the visitors. It received more than 10 million of visitors in 2007. After that it decline sharply to about 6 million in 2008; and it remained constant in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, the figure showed a gradual increase in visitors’ number reaching more than 10 million in 2012. Victoria and Albert Museum had the highest number of visitors in 2007 for about 14 million, compared to the number of visitors of other museums. It remained constant in 2008. Then it experienced a gradual decrease reaching about 6 million in 2010. However, the number of visitors started to grow gradually during the next two years reaching 10 millions of visitors in 2012.
