Medals won in the winter and summer Olympics jRJ5p
In the following graphs we can see the number of medals won by the top five countries in the summer and winter Olympics. In the first graph we are shown the Winter Olympics and the highest ranking medal winners of all time. It is a bar graph divided in three colors, which are: gold, silver and bronze. The country that has more medals in total is Norway and the one with less medals in total is Russia. If we analyze the graph more accurately, Norway is the one that has more gold medals than any of the other countries, and the one that has less is Canada. We can say that, with the data that this graph gives us, Norway is better in the Winter Olympics. In the other hand, the second graph shows us the Summer Olympics, and this ons is not divided by color like the other one. But we can see that the country that dominates, by far, this Olympic games is the United States. The one that has the least medals is France. If we compare both graphs we can say that Norway dominates the Winter Olympics, but in the Summer Olympics, the dominant one is the United States.
