The maps give an illutration about a project to develop the resort of Templeton from 1990 to 2003 In general, the redevelopment was mainly to transform the region into modern residential one. In 1990, the region appeared remotely with sparse cottgages and small-sized houses at both sides of the river. Some basic facilities of hospital, school as well as train route were also mainly on the right side. Noticeably, not many traffic accesses were there but two main roads between both sides. After fifteen years as depicted, a significant change took place. To the left, more big buildings and apartments were put in place, and a supermarket was put within the new residential area, too. To the right side, transportation was prioritised when new air line and ferry were constructed. Moreover, the resort seemed to be tremendously more accessible with extended railway route connecting both sides of the river. No much change was taken place to advanced medical and educational facilities there. Utterly, a new factory was another spotlight built on the right side.
