In 2007, city hospital is encapusalated by the ring road covering its north, east and west sides completely. When we start off from hospital road there are two bus stands present for either way travelling passengers. We can observe that one common area is used to park cars for normal public as well as the staff of the city hospital whose entry gate is facing the hospital in north. City hospital in year 2010 is surrounded by ring road having a parking for the public to the east of the hospital and having parking available for hospital employees on the south of the hospital, way to both parking is alongside ring road only. One roundabout at the intersection of ring road and hospital road and another one is at the junction of city road and hospital road both have bus station as the common place. There are some major changes happened in the course of three years, as one can observe that previously the parking facility was common for both public as well as employees. Hospital road in 2007 had bus stop but after three years it has changed to a bigger bus station located on southwest side from the city hospital. At 2 roundabouts have been established since 2007, one being on city road and hospital road and another one on ring road and hospital road. Both circles have a way to the bus station.
