One of the most toughest task for a person to be healthy is controlling own diet. People exaggerate themselves by thinking it as simple as it count but becomes to realization when they try to maintain it. There are multitude of reasons behind the cause but readily solvable if you put your mind to it. The main reason of not able to manage one's own diet is no tough mentality and determination shown. For an instance, a guy plans to lose his weight by controlling diet and doing exercises. But after some time he starts feeling to have food with high carbohydrates and fat. There it vanished your days and months of hard work into the air. In another situation a guy takes a oath of only eating two times a day and only exercises. This can only go up to an extent, where he cannot even get out from his bed. So not enough determination and knowledge to learn about what is diet are the main reasons where a person finds it complicated to manage own diet. From the quote, "All the things have it's own weakness", we can interpret that anything complex or simple obstacles can be removed. In order the remove the diet our obstacle one needs to have the willingness and heart to go forward with the task no matter what circumstances once falls in. Any thing you initiate, a plan is needed beforehand. For example, a persons who goes under a diet should always have a diet table and food consumption organized beforehand. If not able to do it dieticians are there to give guidance and tips. I conclude by saying that don't be pessimistic, otherwise once you lose control of your diet there is no way of regaining it.
