Thereafter, tourists in the island showed a steep surge of two-fold to 1. 5 million in 2013 whereas cruising lodgers displayed gradual fluctuations and stood at half a million in the same year; however, both sum up to 2 million visitors by the end of the year. In 2014, the number of islanders was plateaued until 2015 at 1. 5 million levels whereas the cruise crowed climbed up steadily up to nearly 1. 3 million, and accordingly, both tourists accounted for 2. 7 million at the end of 2015. Surprisingly, the interest of tour lovers to the island was declined by around 0. 2 million in 2016, but the situation stabilized and ended at the same level in 2017 to 1. 5 million visitors. Meanwhile, cruise ship visitors managed to exceed the visitors level of the Carribian island stayed people in 2016 and continued its peak stage on 2 million at the final year, According to both categories, the total figure leveled off at 2. 7 million. In contrast, the final year the same hit its highest level of 3. 5 million which was three times higher in comparison with 2010.
