It is predicted that Covid 19 will cause an imbalance in human resources between industries in the future. What do you think about this issue? With the major you are studying, could you evaluate the opportunities and challenges you will face in the future when affected by the covid pandemic and what you need to prepare to easily meet the requirements of the future working environment?

Facing many death by COVID 19 every day, it is possible to think that will cause an imbalance in human resources between industries in the future. Because according to research done by CDC on Sept 9, 2021, the rate of death of 18 to 29-year-old is four times higher in 30- to 39-year-olds, and 570 times higher in those who are 85 years and older. And unfortunately, this age range will be a future labor force not only for their country but also for the whole world. So the imbalance is inevitable consequences. And with the major Accountant that I am studying, I’ve seen many opportunities such as working in more stable and experiencing economic market after pandemic and challenges like being delay about project and lack of working experience because working from home that I will face in the future when affected by COVID 19. But I think that I can recover it because I have prepared as much skills, experiences, and knowledge as I can through studying from school, from society, or even maybe from the pandemic. Because I always think that if you believe in yourself, nothing is impossible.
