The maps compare Islip town centre no and planned development. It can be clearly seen that there will be lot of changes during development process. Firstly, the main road will be closed for vehicle traffic and it will be only for pedestrians. Road open for vehicle will be turn around the centre. Shops that are on the north of the main road will be gathered in a shopping centre and this shopping centre will have a bus station and a car park near to it. School, park, shops on the south and housings on the south will not be changed. Although, there will be two new housing areas. One of them is on just the east of the car park opposite of the shops. The other will be on the south- east of the shops and be just on the west of park. Park will not be removed, on contrary it will be minimized.
