The graph provides information about amount of requests, which were sent to Tourist Information Center by three different ways (in person, by telephone and by letter), during six-months period in 2011. Overall, it can be seen that numbers of enquires sent by emails were getting unpopular, which is opposite to other two ways of contacting to Tourists Information Office. In the starting of the year, around 800 qustions from tourists came by message way, this message streak stood stable for three month (January, February and March). Never the less after this streak, it has experienced temporal decline for two months (April and May ), consequently its score dropped for approximately 400 points. In June it has not shown any changes. Conctacting by phone and in personal, became more popeular in these preiod of time. In the January getting details in person were the lowest among othere two methods, by the fact that it had about slight more than 400. While contacting by cellphone was in the first place with score equivalent to about 900 requests. However, this method witnessed a sudden fall in February, when its enquires equalled to 800, after which it saw a stable increase, and in the end amount of requests doubled to 1600. Particullary, contacting in personal face to face witnessed common rise during all 6 month, and in the end it stood as highest among other 2 ways, because its score hit the top in the June with score 1900.
