Looking from overall perspective, it is apparent that both male and female saw a steadily rises in years spent at school, whereas male figures was higher and there was a shifted trend in the type of degree they got.
In 2000, male spent around 7. 5 years in school and females were at 5. 5. The gap between two gender remained nearly identical over each 2 year period. However, the trend for males ended up over 9 years and woman narrowed the difference slightly just under 8 years.
