How sugar canes is produced
How sugar canes is produced kg1XK
The diagram depicts the production steps of
sugar from a sugar cane plant.
From an overall perspective, it is a
seven-stage process, starting at how long
sugar cane takes to grow, followed by
harvesting, and finally, the product is dried
and cooled to get fine, white sugar.
Firstly, the sugar cane plants take around 1
a year or 1. 5 years to grow. There are two ways of Harvesting the mature plants in the second stage one is by machine and another is by human before grinding the harvested sugar canes to get sugar cane juice by using a crushing machine.
In the fourth step, the sugar cane juice
came out from the machine is then purified
by using a limestone filter. The resulting
purified juice from the filter is then
evaporated by using a heated steamer to
form syrup from liquid juice. Then, in the sixth
stage, the centrifuge is used to separate
crystals of sugar from syrup. Finally, the
outcome sugar crystals are put in a vessel to
dry and cool for getting the fine, white sugar.
