The chart illustrates trend of average house price in five varrious city during 1990 to 2002 and compares them with average house prices in 1989. As it obvions in the figure house prices is increasing in these given city expent Frankfurt which is house price is almost constant in this span of 12 year. Furthermore a drastic fall is seen in Newyork, London and Tokyo house prices in 1990 - 1995. The maximum increase rate of this period is for London. After a 7 percent descend in 1990 -95, 19 percent increas is exist on it's trend while Tokyo with same price fall in 1990-1995 reaches 95 % of it's prices in 1989 New york with 10 percent arise in given time period is on the second place of maximum increase. Madrid and Frankfurt is faced a gradual increase during 1996-95 unlike other cities.
