The chart illustrates the rating of Customer service of the hotel Parkway in the years 2005 and 2010. Passage 1: When we take the first chart, it shows a rating of the customer service in the year 2005. The majority of the customers gave satisfactory which are 45%, and 21% of the customers gave a poor rating. Next, 15% of the people gave a very poor rating, and only 5% of them gave Excellent whereas, 14% of customers gave Good rating. passage 2: When coming to the year 2010, the hotel's customer service rating was improved. 'Good' rating for the hotel's customer service is 39% and 'Satisfactory' rating was given 17% of people. When coming to 'poor' rating 12% of the customers rated it. In this year, only just 4% of the customers who visited the hotel gave a 'very poor' rating.
