The bar graph gives data about difference in litrecy rates of both male and female in six states of a country in 1990 and 2000. In state A, there is a similar rise in rates for both genders, where man and women both share 5% of rise each in that years. Next is state B where male and female share similar count of nearly 80 for 1990 and it rose up to more than 85 some what at 88 in 2000 for both genders. State C has the highest litrecy rates for men in both years which is close to 90 however, women in this state has not so good numbers recorded in year 1990 but it show a huge rise in 2000 as data grows from 69 to 78%. In state D man 10% of gap in both year the samr thing goes for women also. For state E, man has 80% and 84% count in 1990 and 2000 respectively and in case of women it see good rise in 2000 compare to 1990. State F also showed nearly 9% gain in noth genders. It stood up at 58% for men and 39% for women in 2000.
