In my view, the best way to be happy is spending with the people that we love. Having dinner, having a vacation, hanging out together with our family can increase our positive attitude and maintain our mental health. Also spending with our beloved ones makes our relationship better and removes negative feelings. Furthermore, relaxing and talking to our friends helps bringing people together and closer to each other. However, some people don’t really spending their time with their family or friends. It’s simply because they are too busy with their working, trying to making more money in order to afford their life. They are eventually stressed and depressed with their job or life. As a result, it affects their mental health and physical health negatively. It ends up making them suicide. So after all, spending time for yourself with the people that you trust and love can bring many benefits and better attitude to your life.
