The two given maps illustrate the changes of a particular area over a period of 23 years between 1995 and now. Overall, it is clear that there are some significant renovations that are less green and more urbanized in the area. Over the years, the forest on the northwest side of the river has been cut down in order to make car parking for visitors. On the other side of the river, there is the modernized area on the right top corner which includes apartments and housing. Moreover, small car parking has been erected which connects to the road bridge. On the other hand, a few houses have been constructed on the northeast of the river. There are several changes that will be opened on the southeast of the river which will be included yatch marina and car park by 2018. A new footbridge will also be built which will be located parallel to the road bridge.
