Governments should spend money on rail ways rather than roads. To what extend do you agree or disagree with this statement?

In more expend point of view, public transportation is more beneficial than private transportation. Trains are one kind of public transportation. So that, a lot may say we should invest on them. The first advantage of public transportation is the cost of private transportation. As in many metropolitan cities, the charts has been showing a large scale of cars have just one person passenger, consequently at least five times more pressure on natural and economical resources. A very large scale research in Tehran, the capital of Iran, had been done a few years ago, which emphasized the prephrase of research. The prephase was that 10 present of cars in Tehran have just one person passanger. Besides of that, the enviromental issues are the most significant element in making desicion about the problem. In todays roads clean cars are just luxuries and unusual, because of that more roads means more cars and it will leads us to use more fosseil fuels. Finally every body knows that fosseil fuels are the main cause of air pulution. At the end, one the most harmful affective features of cars on human is noise pulution. It will cause a lot of sprit desseases which have very consistance influence on social behaviour of people, like in tolerance, stress, depression, and so on. In result, It is so obvious that rail ways are more wiseful investment for governments, from cost-beneficial, green and pro-enviroment, human and social effects, point of view. From cost beneficial point of, public transportation are cheap and less expensive. At the green and enviroment sight is clean and non-pulution compare to the cars. Finally, through human and social effects frames is more compatible to a wellbeing life style and the ways we should live.
