F) The chart below shows the number of men and women in further education in Britain in three periods and whether they were studying fulltime or part-time. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The chart compares the men and women in Britain who were doing full time or part time study in from a period of 1970 to 1990. The units used to measure the number of students is in thousands.
Overall, the number of male and female students doing full time study has increased during the period, on the other hand, the number of part time female educators has also increased during the period of two decades.
Firstly, in 1970, there was a difference of 200 to the number of men who were part time students to that of female ones, on the contrary, in the next decade the part time female education seekers increased to 800 and there was mere difference between the two genders. Following this, the number of male students doing part time jobs decreased by the year 1990 to approx. 900, whilst this was the exact opposite in case of women part time educators.
Subsequently, the population of full time male and female students doing graduation was the same, and there was a significant rise in numbers from 1970 to 1990, which was slightly above two hundred thousand students respectively.
