the two pictures show a map of the town centre in 2 different time zones and the changes that have occurred, the first noticeable change was the hotel that has been expanded as well as steggle farm has been improved into a streggle road as the land was overtaken by concrete. the shops have expanded as well as houses, in 1700 there was only one house on the feild while now there’s 2 rows of them goodie farm transformed into a car park that residents use to park their car the house in st labours lane has been constructed into a supermarket and the stables have been converted into a block of flat apartments
