The line-graph illustrates the acid level in the mouth created by fruit sugar, can sugar, and honey that can decay teeth. As we can see in the line-graph, the higher the acidity the lower the pH level and if the pH level is below 5. 5 it can decay teeth. Cane sugar reached the maximum acidity 5 minutes after the consumption, reached 3. 5 pH level. However, the pH level started to increase steadily and reached the normal level after 35 minutes. Yet sugar cane was at dangerous level for more than 25 minutes. For another nutrient, Honey and fruit sugar also reached the highest pH level after 5 minutes, 4 pH for fruit sugar, and 5 pH for honey. While honey plateau on this level for another five minutes, Fruit sugar acidity level decreased reached approximately 5. 0 pH level. Then, the pH level of honey started to increase slightly reaching the normal level. Yet fruit sugar takes another 10 minutes to escape the danger level and finally reached the normal level at the same time as fruit sugar and cane sugar. To sum up, Fruit sugar, cane sugar, and honey can cause tooth decay. Yet among the three, Cane sugar caused the highest chance of tooth to decompose as it sustained for the longest period in the mouth. And honey is the safest which cause the low chances of tooth decay
