E-learning model helps to train a large number of learners for a course with flexible time and place, and lower cost compared to face-to-face training methods (Pham Vu Quoc Binh, 2005: 22; Gunasekaran. A et al, 2002: 210), reduce the burden of infrastructure overload, cut expenses for printing, publishing and distributing (Vu Thi Tam, 2013: 93). Thanks to the advantages of multimedia communication, E-learning affects learners through many information channels such as text, images, charts, video, audio, and simulation animation (Nguyen Danh Nam, 2007: 41), increases the ability to remember, moreover, learners can easily review what they have learned. The challenge here is to synchronize the online learning knowledge with the knowledge learned at the university to meet the requirements of the training objectives. Besides, it is necessary to create a legal corridor to recognize online learning results as a formal training model. Credits are completed according to each course of the program, for example, software training for Applied Arts should be divided into each major such as Interior design, which requires credits of AutoCad, 3D Max courses. Traditional Graphics majors need credits of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw courses. Motion Graphic requires additional credits of 3D Maya, After Effect, Adobe Premiere. In addition, learners can actively choose course for career purposes or short-term purposes without spending too much time studying at the university. For example, only basic artistic knowledge, combined with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, After Effect can completely meet the work needs of filming, photography, production of short videos. Objects and learning needs are also more flexible, at that time, learning not to get diplomas and certificates, but to study to meet the needs of work. Some university graduates with advanced learning needs can also actively participate in E-learning course to supplement their knowledge. Education aims at high quality human resources that are adptable to the development of society. In the era of technology. Skills and knowledge need to be constantly updated to suit new trends, these are potential opportunities for Applied Fine Arts training.
