Discuss the consumption of three years during

The given line graph describes the amount of three kinds of spreads namely Margarine, Low fat and reduced spreads, and butter which were taken into the use from 1981 to 2007. All the units are calculated in grams. In the initial period i. e. during 1981 butter consumption were 141 which is the highest amongst all but by the time consumers preference also changed as maragine overtook the position with around 100 people consuming it in 1996 and in the ending years 2001 to 2007 low fat and reduced spreads demand increased between the audience. In the starting years butter increased from 141 to 159 and then saw a deep fall as at last it averaged only 50. There were many ups and downs with people’s choice in maragine as sometimes it increased then decreased and also remained constant in between as it ended with a poor grade of 40. The low fat and reduced spreads grew by a lot but then fell down a little bit in the closing period with a reach of 75. On the contrary, all three of them were a choice at one or other point of time which caused major loss and huge profits in various previous and upcoming years.
