Overall, a large number of both graduate and postgraduate students did the further study, and the minimum number of students did the voluntary work. The number of graduate students is higher than postgraduate students. The first chart shows the destination of UK graduate students after graduating in 2008. The number of students who went to further study was recorded as the highest number with about 29, 665 students. In contrast, voluntary work was the lowest option for graduate students with 3, 500 people. There are small differences between students who did part-time work and unemployment, with 17, 735 and 16, 235 students respectively. Postgraduate students had the similar pattern as the graduate students for their destination after completing their college. The chart shows that 2, 725 of them did the further study and the least option for their next path was voluntary work with only 345 individuals. And 2, 535 of them chose to do part-time jobs. However, 1, 625 of them did not have a job.
