describe the process of making maple syrup

The given diagram illustrates the process of making maple syrup from the sap of its tree. As it can be seen clearly that there are several steps beginning with taking the sap and ending with finished syrups. At the first step, due to the freezing at nights, the sap move up to the stem of the trees; however, in the daylight with the warm climate, all of the sap flow down and people can take advantage of this feature to draw the sap through a hold in the tree. There is a tap being inserted into that hold in order to direct the sap into tubing that sends the sap to a container. The following stage is the evaporation process, the collected sap will be taken to an evaporator where it will be boiled until it becomes syrup. These syrups will be ready to be distributed to stores and consumers after being packaged in bottles or cans. As soon as being delivered to retailers, inhabitants can enjoy this kind of syrup which can be the ingredients in some kind of food.
