Before entering college, I always tried to lead a healthy life by going to the gym as frequently as I can. Although now I am always snow under with deadlines and assignments, i still try to keep my body fit and stay in good shape. Therefore, i take up some 15 minute workouts on a daily basis. Little did i know about this exercise. Only after having no time for the gym, i did some research on the internet about this method and decided to try it anyway. It is utterly convinient and cost saving. There is no equipments to meet the requirement and i can be flexible to adapt to my daily routine, usually i will do this exercise in early morning before i have class at home. This training session only takes me 15 minutes everyday but it is extremely effective. It demands all the body works intensely hence it can burn a lot of calories. Moreover, it helps me build up strength and icrease stamina and endurance. talking about the reasons why i am keen on 15 minute workouts, i reckon i can be benefited a wide variety of virtues from the session. During the pandemic, i highly recommend you to practice this at home because you are not allowed to go out for a walk and the gyms are closed due to the quarantine.
