The table illustrates the percentages of women who participated in senior management actively from the year 1975 to 2015 in three distinct companies (Eldan Ltd, Bamforth Ltd, and Finsbury Ltd). Overall, there has been an upward trend in women participation for senior management decisions in all the companies mentioned, whereas, Eldan Ltd has shown the highest ratio in this aspect. Firstly, in Eldan Ltd there was a gradual increase in women participation till the year 2000 but that figure nearly doubled up to 64% by 2015, similarly, the Bamforth Ltd company also included only 9 percent of women while taking senior management calls but the percentage reached 46% after a period of 40 years. Following this, the Finsbury Ltd company was the one with the highest women participation percentage in the year 1975 but, the pace at which the percentage rose was very low, and after a period of four decades only 26% of women are included while any higher management level decisions, which also amounts to be the lowest of all the three mentioned companies.
