The first graph shows the percentage of computer ownership between 2002 and 2010. The second graph shows the percentage of computer ownership by education level in 2002 and 2010. It can be seen that there is a steady increase in the percentage of population owning a computer as the years progress. In 2002, only 55% of the population owner a computer. Whereas, by 2010, around 75% of the population owned a computer. It can be seen from the second graph that the education level plays a contributory factor in the percentage of computer ownership. In 2002, only 15% of the population without a high school diploma owner a computer. Whereas 70% of the population with a postgraduate qualification owned a computer in 2002. In 2010, only around 40% of the population without a high school diploma owner a computer as compared to a whopping 95% of the population holding a postgraduation qualification. It can be concluded that there has been a general trend of increase in the number of people owning a computer in the years 2002 to 2010 and the percentage increases steadily depending on the educational qualification.
