The first bar chart tells us about the computer ownership during the year of 2002 – 2010, the graph shows 5 bars with a horizontal axis that starts at 2002 and ends at 2010 with 2 year gap period for each milestone. As is seen on the first bar chart, the computer ownership has been increasing steadily, the increment trend of computer ownership started at 58% and finally reached around 78% in 2010. The average year-on-year growth was around 2% yearly. If we look on a deeper level, we can try to segregate the computer ownership by education level at the same period.
