The diagram above illustrates the chocolate production method.
First of all, the chocolate comes from cacao trees in South America, Africa and/or Indonesia. When they are ready to harvest, they will have ripe red pods and these pods contain white cacao beans. Then, all of the white cacao beans are fermented in the very large boxes after removing the pods.
Next. they are spread in the sun to dry and no moisture. The dry chocolate beans are put in large sacks. And transported to factory by train or lorry. When the beans are in factory, they are roasted at temperatures of up to 350 degrees Celsius.
After roasting, they are crushed to remove outer shell. The obtained from this process will be taken to inner part pressed machine to make it liquefy. Ultimately, cacao beans from cacao trees in South America, Africa, and Indonesia are made into liquid chocolate.
