However, sugar gained through honey and fruits are affecting slowly near about 5 pH level for the same time. In contrast, after 5. 5 pH, there is no need to be concerned about tooth decay and both fruits and honey passed this level within 20 minutes. On the contrary, acid produced by sugar from canes has a great effect initially, although after ten minutes these substances started to reduce acidic effects with a pH level of 4. 5. Afterwards, having some flcuations, it finally attained the last point which was 5. 5 pH in half an hour.
