The given pie charts shows the expenses of a school in UK in 1981, 1991 and 2001. xxdlN
The given pie charts illustrate the annual expenses of a school in United Kindom, in the years 1981, 1991 and 2001, for five different sectors. According to the graph, it is clearly visible that the school has allocated the highest proportion to pay salaries. In all three years, they have spent the largest percentage to pay wages of the teachers which was half of the total in 1991. The payments for other workers was the second-highest in 1981 and 1991 with 28% and 22% respectively. As can be seen, it further reduced to 15% in 2001. Similarly, expenditures for resources gradually decreased with years where 15% of expenses in 1981 was lowered to 9% at the end of 2001. Conversely, even though the least spendings showed on insurance, the percentage of 2% in 1981 has tripled in 2001. The school has spent 23% on furniture and equipment which was significantly dropped in 1991 to 5%. In 1981, it received 15%. Overall, the money used for teachers' salaries, furniture, and equipment fluctuated during the three years though the school increased portion for the insurance continuously.
