The two diagrams explain the process in which cement is manufactured, and then how the cement is used to produce concrete. It shows the various materials and equipment used in the process. The primary materials used to make cement are limestone and clay. Firstly, limestone and clay are passed through a crusher and turned into powder form. The powder is then mixed using a mixer before transferring it to a cylindrical rotating heater. At one end of the cylinder, heat is continually supplied by an external source. After the mixture is heated, it is ground using a grinder. The resulting product of this process is cement, which is ready for use. It is then packaged into large bags. After the cement is ready, it is used to make concrete. The materials used to produce concrete are cement, water, sand, and gravel. Cement (15%), water (10%), sand (25%), and gravel (50%) are put into the concrete mixer that is constantly rotating. The mixer combines all the materials properly, and finally, concrete is manufactured.
