Stress has become a typical state in people’s life, and there are three main causes of stress: money, relationships and exams. The first is money, people need to make a living and for this, they need money. If they have a big job to do, they have to be prepared and it takes a lot of time for them to complete the work. That is the root cause of stress. Relationships are another cause of stress. Sometimes people with bad relationships suffer from stress and they can't always be happy. If they spend their time with people they don't like, they will experience stress. Finally, exams are also a common cause of stress for people, especially students. A lot of them worry about their grades which can cause them to feel stressed. For example, if they failed the exam and now want to retake it, then they will experience more stress as time goes by. They have to study for the exam as much as possible and feel stressed. In conclusion, aside from those three factors, there have been an increasing number of sources of stress. They are, nevertheless, inescapable aspects of our lives. We should constantly enjoy our lives and think positively, rather than being worried.
