The illustrated bar graph below summarizes the percentage of men and women in Australia who are active in doing physical activity regularly in 2010 with different age group. Overall, Men at their young age and women on their middle age group were the most active doing regular exercise. People who are 65 years of age and over shares the common interest in doing regular activities by slight difference. In year 2010, 52. 8% of Australian men ranging from 15-24 yrs old accounts for the most active doing regular exercise. We can notice that there was a slight downward trend from 24-34 age group around 4. 2. 2 % followed by an Increased trend from 39. 5%, 43. 1%, 45. 1%, respectively. As their aging, the numbers of men doing exercise slightly increase. On the other hand, Women living in Australia are much active in doing physical activities. Women in their motherhood phase ranging 25-54 yrs. of age are physically fit and active since their job was all around. There is a slightly trend as their age increases the percent number of women doing active lifestyle increases from 47. 7%, 48. 9%, 52. 5%, 53. 3% 53. 0 %, respectively and slightly fall when they reach 65 years of age and over.
