An increasing number of people in the world, necessity for accomadation is growing. Some people prefer to rent for living, but in my opinion, this is a negative situation. I will illuminate in this essay all negative and harmful aspects.

One serious problem is economic. When you live rental place you should pay monthly. Imagine, if you didn't have a permanent workplace, you would have some dangerous issues with owner house. For example, when i was a student, I lived rental apartment. Our houselady and neighbours spoke disparagingly with us. I remember, that days i really wanted to have my own home. In other words, you live regularly pressure and stress in this position. As a result, you can't achive success your work or study and you encounter with lack of money. Another issue is that, one day we all get elder. I believe that, everyone want to live their own home, when they are old age. Especially, our uzbek people. We have a proverb depends on this condition: "East or West, home is best". Moreover, nowadays mojority of people move for studying and working other countries and cities. However, they try to come their own home. In conclution, although renting has become more essential for people, it has brought about too many problems for this to be considered a positive trend.
