The maps show a comparative study of the access to City Hospital in the years 2007 and 2010. It is evident from the maps that there has been quite a bit of development in the area surrounding the City Hospital in a span of 3 years. The first map illustrates the presence of a bus stop to the East of the city Hospital. The main road leading to the hospital, termed as the 'Hospital road', shows an approach from the City Road south of the building. There is a common car park for the staff as well as public visiting the hospital which may be resulting in congestion and discomfort for both. The second map represents development in terms of comfort for the commuters to and around the City Hospital. The car parking, for instance, has been divided into two different portions- Public parking to the East of the building and the staff parking along the Hospital Road where the old facility existed. The Bus Station, which was at quite some distance from the City Hospital was shifted from the eastern side to the South-west- opposite the Staff Parking on the other side of the Hospital Road. This makes the approach for commuters by bus now much easier. An overall view of both the maps suggests some favourable developments and improvements made for visitors and workers of the City Hospital from 2007 to 2010.
